Our signature class. Expect to get sweaty. This 45-minute workout breaks down into 15-minute segments: a yoga flow, strength training and higher-intensity bursts, and mobility and mindfulness. Build strength, burn fat, get sculpted.
TONE
heated + non-heated
In this class, you’ll be doing a high-rep, lighter-weight, low-impact workout. You’ll be moving through a series of sequences that target every muscle in your body. Build lean muscle and look more toned than ever before.
POWER
heated + non-heated
This fast-paced vinyasa-style yoga class will focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. You’ll move fluidly through a yoga flow in a dimly lit room to help you tap into your internal fire.
MELT
heated + non-heated
Melt into your mat with our restorative yoga class offered in the evenings to help induce sleep, stretch tired muscles, and help you feel more grounded. Surrounded by candles, this class will involve sound healing, intention-setting, and a feeling of deep relaxation.
BREATHE
non-heated
Our guided breathwork class is designed to help you reset, release, and recharge. Choose from energizing 30-minute morning sessions or deeper hour-long evening classes to unlock different mental states

Down the stairs in the Contrast Cave, you’ll find one of Portugal’s biggest group saunas, in addition to cold plunges hitting temperatures as low as 2 °C
