Love to sweat? Turn up the heat in our infrared-heated classes. Our premium ceramic infrared heaters gently warm your body from within, helping to increase circulation, ease muscle stiffness, and elevate your workout. Prefer a cooler environment? Every class is also available in a non-heated format.

Healthy Cafe + Cowork Space

Grab a smoothie, specialty coffee, or a healthy snack before or after your class. Stay in our comfortable and inviting cafe space to cowork or relax with friends. Open to the public from 7:30 am every day.
