The Contrast Club is more than a studio; it’s a place to connect, explore, and be part of something real.
From sunrise beach sessions to contrast therapy pop-ups, our events are designed to bring people together through shared experience. Expect movement, music, matcha, and a little bit of magic — all set against the backdrop of Carcavelos.

💶 €25 (including surf board, wetsuit, and lesson) — free/donation based for those who don’t want to surf.
The Event
Join us for our first TCC community morning on Carcavelos Beach (exact location will be sent 48 hours before, as it depends on weather conditions).
We’ll kick things off with energizing breathwork hosted by Tim Krause
Followed by a beginner-friendly surf lesson (all rentals included)
Then, beachside bulletproof coffee + chats.
It’s all about movement, connection, and getting a taste of what’s to come at The Contrast Club.
Please note
If you don’t want to surf but still want to come, the event is free/donation-based.
No experience needed— just come as you are.

Exact timing may change depending on conditions, we will contact you within 48 hours of the event if it needs to be moved.
Parents note
